At Tranquil Clouds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tranquilcloudshookah@gmail.com with a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and do our best to provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please file a claim with USPS and notify us so we can assist where possible.
Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they have been processed for shipment. If you need to make a change, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
